Black Spruce: Has a grounding aroma 

Geranium: Has an opening and elevating aroma

DIRECTIONS

Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil. Apply to desired area as needed.

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.

SUGGESTED USES

Apply 1−2 drops to your forehead, edge of ears, wrists, neck, temples, feet, or desired location as needed to inspire clarity and intuition.

Diffuse 8−20 drops to enhance your meditation experience and awareness.
